The Bee and Thistle Inn, built in 1756 is set on five and one half acres along the Lieutenant River in the historic district of Old Lyme, Connecticut. It has a large circular drive, sunken perennial garden, herb garden and expanse of lawn spreading down to the river.
11 hotel guest rooms with a canopy or four poster bed. A mix of antiques and period furniture. Handmade quilts, oriental rugs, and original artwork.
