Lyon Street Inn is a Bed and Breakfast located on a street in the old historic district of Nantucket. A five minute walk to the center of town and the harbor.
Accommodations offer a choice of seven rooms,several with sitting areas. All rooms are air-conditioned and have private baths with antique pedestal sinks, many with clawfoot tubs and separate modern fiberglass showers. All are furnished with period antiques, oriental rugs, and lace curtains.
The white walls make a clean stage for antique Oriental rugs
in deep, rich colors and some choice antiques, such as English pine sleigh beds
and a tobacco-leaf four-poster; chairs upholstered in English florals; white
lace curtains, a Battenberg lace canopy, and framed antique tapestries.
