When built in 1902, the Weil Mansion was considered second in elegance and splendor only to the Williams Jennings Bryan home in Lincoln. Oak woodwork throughout the main floor of the mansion, the grand central staircase, the hand beveled leaded glass windows and the massive fireplace featuring a Richardson arch located in the parlor.
The guest rooms include the Master Bedroom, the Rose Suite, the Victorian Room and the Babette Room. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub in the large private bath, and a fireplace. The Rose Suite consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a private bath with Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and a private sitting room. The Victorian Room has a queen size bed and a private bath with a shower. The Babette Room may be rented as a connecting room with the Victorian Room sharing the bath.
