The Manor is now an inn located in the White Mountains, just one mile beyond North Conway Village on Route 16. Stonehurst Manor was originally part of the summer estate of carpet baron Erastus Bigelow. At his death, the property passed to his only daughter, Helen Bigelow Merriman, who was responsible for the current "English Country Manor" style you see here today. You'll find many examples of Victorian stained and leaded glass windows in the Manor's public and private rooms. Most date from the original private dwelling and were created by European craftsman.
Set on 33 acres of pine forest, the Manor offers 25 rooms (7 with fireplaces and one room with fireplace and jacuzzi) all with private baths & CCTV. Indoor and outdoor dining, fireplaced Library and lounge, luxurious surroundings.
Tennis, heated outdoor pool and hot tub.
