The hotel is located in the downtown Akron business area, 11 miles from Akron/Canton Regional Airport and 37 miles from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, and one block from Amtrak. The hotel was constructed from the 19th century mills and silos which were the beginnings of the Quaker Oats Company.
Luxurious guest rooms and 1000 square ft. suites are constructed into a cluster of 36 turn-of-the-century grain silos. The silos, listed in the National Register of Historic Places, are 120 feet tall, and each of the modern guests rooms measure 24 feet in diameter. And like the silos themselves, each room is perfectly round.
Restaurants and shops are built into the all brick factory mill.. An enclosed swimming pool, outdoor sundeck, exercise room and business center are available for guests.
